Founded by Mr. Kamadev Raulo, a legal professional with over 30 years of experience spanning litigation practice, corporate legal leadership, and regulatory advisory, the firm combines deep legal expertise with a practical understanding of business and governance. Our practice focuses on dispute resolution, litigation management, corporate and commercial advisory, real estate and infrastructure matters, regulatory compliance, employment and labour law, project structuring, and legal process outsourcing (LPO).

Founder & Principal Consultant - Mr. Kamadev Raulo
Mr. Kamadev Raulo is the Founder of Raulo Law Associates, bringing over three decades of experience across litigation, corporate law, regulatory advisory, and dispute resolution.
He began his career as an Advocate practicing before the Bombay High Court and subordinate courts, gaining over 9+ years of litigation experience while training under the renowned law firm M/s. Denzil D’Mello & Co., where he handled civil, criminal, and commercial matters.
He later moved into the corporate sector, where he spent over two decades working in legal roles with prominent corporations, advising on regulatory issues, commercial transactions, corporate governance, land acquisition, infrastructure projects, and high-value litigation before forums including the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, NCLT, NGT, and other tribunals.
Most recently, he served as Assistant Vice President and Legal Head (Eastern Cluster) at Hindalco Industries Ltd. (Aditya Birla Group). Earlier in his career, he worked with organizations including Reliance Communications, Indus Towers, and TVC Skyshop. Mr. Raulo is also an IICA-Certified Mediator, reflecting his focus on effective and solution-oriented dispute resolution.
